Empowered Marriage Liability Release *

I recognize that there are risks involved in participating in this training and hereby assume all risk of injury, harm, damage, or death in connection with my participation in this training. I understand and agree that neither The Outpouring of Lancaster nor it's Empowered Marriage Training Facilitators, Empowered Marriage Training volunteers may be held liable in any way for any injury, harm, damage, or death that may occur to me as a result of my participation in this training and hereby release The Outpouring of Lancaster, its directors, volunteers and representatives from any injury, harm, damage, or death, which may occur while I am participating in the training. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to save and hold harmless The Outpouring of Lancaster, Empowered Marriage Training Facilitators, or Empowered Marriage Training volunteers from any claim by myself, my estate, heirs, successors, assigns or other persons arising out of my participation in the training. I authorize The Outpouring of Lancaster through its Empowered Marriage Training Facilitators, or Empowered Marriage Training volunteers to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment for me as may be necessary should any injury, harm or accident occur to me while participating in this training. I understand and acknowledge that The Outpouring of Lancaster does not provide health or medical insurance in connection with the training and I agree that I will be financially responsible for any bills incurred as a result of medical treatment, including emergency medical treatment and/or transportation to a medical facility, in connection with my participation in the training.

Empowered Marriage Confidentiallity Agreement *

As a student of Empowered Marriage Training, I agree to the following terms and conditions. Everything that is shared at Empowered Marraige Training such as group activities, shares, and the format and modules of this training will remain confidential. I will stay in honor towards my facilitators, coaches, and team keeping what they share confidential. I commit to finishing Empowered Marriage Training.
